This complex in particular is linked to the culture of Casas Grandes.

The Huápoca Complex is one of the 180 archaeological sites of “cliff houses” that have been discovered in the Sierra Madre Occidental.

On this site there are four grous: Nido de Águila (Eagle's Nest Cave), Cueva de la Serpiente (Snake Cave), Cueva del Mirador (Viewpoint Cave) and La Atalaya (The Watchtower). In all of them you can see stoves, beds, barns, polished floors, niches, T-doors, similar to those in the site of Paquimé.
