It is a small but scattered group of petroglyphs on the banks of the San Fernando stream.

These petroglyphs display geometric designs in orange. A Latin cross and another that resembles a sailing ship stand out. This suggests that these representations were probably made after the arrival of the Spanish.

The site is very close to the Mission of San Fernando Velicatá, founded by Fray Junípero Serra.

Location

It is located 57 km south of El Rosario by Federal Highway No. 1.
