This site was founded 1,200 years ago during the Late Classic period (800-900 A.D).
The Castle, is the most important structure and includes a tower and a pyramid base topped by a temple with two chambers.
It is an excellent place to snorkel and some shipwrecks lie in the warm waters of this coast.
Location
It is located in the north coast of the island. To can reach these vestiges only with an all terrain vehicle.
