Must see Buildings
The buildings of this archeological site are characterized by harmoniously combining light and dark sectors in their facades.
The most notorious are: the Palace and Structure I consisting of two levels where you can see a frieze with geometric motifs. This structure is linked to Structure II by a stairway that is now buried. In this construction you can see a cornice decorated with small columns.
The sculptures that decorated the frieze of the Palace can be seen in the archeology museums of Campeche.
