Located in a water park of the same name.

This archeological site was built between the years of 500 and 650 A.D. with Teotihuacan influences.

Las Pilas was a place of worship of water as seen in the network of channels that form two pyramidal structures. There were some burials found in the channels with bodies in the "lotus flower" position.

Location

It is located in the municipality of Jonacatepec, northwest of the state of Morelos, approximately 35 minutes from Cuautla.
