SALBUTES

Puffed deep fried tortilla

They are is a puffed deep fried tortilla that is topped with lettuce, sliced avocado, pulled chicken or turkey, tomato and pickled red onion. It can also be accompanied by cochinita pibil. It is a typical dish from Yucatan.
