WHAT TO EAT IN GUACHOCHI

The gastronomy of Guachochi is influenced by Rarámuri and mestizo cultures, creating uncommon and exquisite flavors.

One of the most outstanding products is trout, a local delicacy that reflects the freshness and purity of the crystal-clear waters of the Sierra Tarahumara.

Trout is prepared with recipes passed down from generation to generation, offering a culinary experience that delights any palate. You can try trout al disco or empapelada, among other options.

You can also savor the typical adobos, broths, and meats characteristic of the state of Chihuahua.
