Chicales Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 corn
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cascabel pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • salt to taste

Directions:

Cook the corn inside with the leaves in a pot with water.

When it is well cooked, dry the corn including the leaves, and place them on a wire, tying the corn with their own leaves.

The corn is left for days or until it is very dry and can be shelled.

Grind in a meat grinder and then shake to remove the skin.

Then put to boil in a pot with water adding the garlic and chili previously ground in the blender, then add the onion and tomato cut into squares.

Season with salt to taste and let it boil until integrated.
