WHAT TO EAT IN LOS CABOS
Dining in Los Cabos is always a delightful experience.

Directions:
Chopped the tomato, cucumber, chili, onion and cilantro.
Dice the pitahayas and the fish into medium - size cubes.
Mixed with the other ingredients.
Add the lemon juice, salt and put it in the freezer.
Served the ceviche with corn tostadas or crackers.
