This beautiful port is one of the most innovative places within the country. If you are seeking for creative and gourmet dishes, this is your destination, the cuisine combines the characteristic flavors of Mexican cuisine with fresh local ingredients and products from the sea.

The Fish Tacos are native to Ensenada, in addition you can enjoy seafood (clam, scallop, shrimp, lobster, octopus, etc.) in cocktails or the well-known “caldo 7 mares” (seven seas soup), a Mexican version of fish stew.

Miniature or “baby” vegetables are a real trend, they are bite-sized bursts of flavour, texture and colour, and have become the best complement of many dishes.

The typical drink is the clamato, a mixture of clams, tomato juice and lemon juice with vodka.
