WHAT TO EAT IN PUERTO ÁNGEL

This small tropical paradise is a fishing port, so most of the dishes consist of fresh fish and shellfish.

Among the most notorious are camarones al mojo de ajo (shrimp with garlic sauce), lobster, shrimp or oyster cocktails and escabeche de pescado (pickled fish).

However, being part of Oaxaca you can also enjoy a variety of moles and its delicious tamales.

Additionally, you can appreciate the beautiful landscapes of the Oaxacan coast.
