Quesotacos (Cheese Taco) Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ kg of steak
- 350 grams of grilled cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- Maggi seasoning
- oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oil in a frying pan, cut the steaks into thin strips and add salt and pepper to taste. The strips are fried and when they are almost ready, the seasoning is added.
Add the string cheese to the meat and cook until melted.
Let it rest for five minutes with the pan covered to finish melting the cheese.
Served with flour tortillas.
