Pan Fried Sole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh sole fillets
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup of watercress
- 1 lemon
- ¼ cup of vermouth
- olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut the sole fillets and season them with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a frying pan, put olive oil and add the sole and seal it on both sides.
After cooking, remove the fish and add the vermouth, lemon juice, chopped parsley, watercress leaves and potatoes to the juice that remains in the pan and sauté for a while.
Serve the fillet and top with the reduced juice along with the vegetables.
