Carne Asada (grilled meat) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of diezmillo (1/4 kilo per person) 1 tablespoon of salt
    1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 avocados in cubes
  • 1 red onion cut into strips
  • Mesquite or vegetable charcoal (mesquite gives better flavor)

Directions:

Place the meat on a grill over the coals. Once juice begins to appear on the surface, add the salt and turn it over. Let it grill until it releases the same juice. At this point, it is medium rare and juicy.
It is customary to place green onions on the grill over the coals to roast along with the meat.

Serve with the green onions in lemon juice, avocado with lemon and salt, red onions, and flour tortillas.
