In this Magical Town, you can delight in its traditional white ceviche, pork cheese, and its kidney bread, which you can only find in Frontera.

Kidney bread is a sweet braided bread made with a quince filling or strawberry "ate," decorated with dough braids, and covered with a mixture of butter and sugar.

Another typical dish is the traditional pejelagarto in green sauce, roasted, in salad, or empanadas. You can also savor other fresh fish and seafood like shrimp, bass, or tilapia prepared with local recipes.
