It is a beautiful park covering over 26 hectares.

This space houses the Gota de Plata Theater, the TuzoForum Convention Center, as well as the Interactive World Soccer and Hall of Fame, a hotel, and next to it, the Galerías Pachuca Shopping Center. The park highlights the Monumental Mosaic, a work created by Byron Gálvez, and it is considered the largest mosaic in the world. The park also hosts artistic and sporting events.

It pays homage to one of the founders of the State of Israel, David Ben Gurion, and was inaugurated on March 13, 2005.

The central plaza of this park features a pictorial slab designed by Byron Gálvez Avilés titled "Tribute to Women of the World." The artwork stands out due to the presence of multiple abstract forms, highlighting feminine shapes and characteristics such as beauty, motherhood, sweetness, love, among others. Thus, the artwork stands as a continuation of Mexico's historical muralism, with monumentalism, permanence, and multicolored expression of art.
