Casa de la Cultura (House of Culture)

It is housed in one of the most representative buildings of the city, a house built in 1915.

The building houses the Historical Archive of Mexicali, and various artistic workshops and exhibitions take place here.

It features a theater, exhibition halls, an auditorium, workshop rooms, and the Rufino Tamayo Gallery.

CEART Mexicali (Art Center)

It is an arts center with conference rooms, exhibitions, workshops, and classrooms.

Here, you can enjoy dance and theater performances, as well as events and exhibitions.

The Convention and Entertainment Center has a capacity of two thousand people.

Teatro del Estado (Theater)

A venue where various performances take place.

Here, you can enjoy theater plays, concerts, and shows.

It has a seating capacity of up to 1,060 spectators.

Museo Sol del Niño (Museum)

The museum is located in a building dating back to the mid-20th century, which used to store cotton seeds.

After being abandoned for over 30 years, it was rescued to become the Museo Sol.

The museum has several exhibitions with various themes: Casa de la Energía, Pirámide del Hombre, Plaza del Sol, Mezzanine de Comunicación, Domo Digital, and Sala de Exhibiciones.

It also features an IMAX screen with a capacity of 300 people, a souvenir shop, a cafeteria, a nursing station, and green areas.

It is located in Vicente Guerrero Park, where you can also find the Teatro del Estado. Next to it is Plaza La Cachanilla.
