For exhibitions, it offers an ideal space for the development of all kinds of fairs, exhibitions, and concerts.

Hall "A" offers 9,300 m² of column-free space, divisible into five rooms with a system of automatic sono-insulating movable walls. It has a height of 15 meters, a space that allows up to 500 3x3 m² stands to be installed up to three stories high if required by the exhibitor.

It also has a 2,000 m² lobby, strategically located food and beverage areas, as well as restricted access areas for organizer offices or customer and visitor service.

Hall "A1" with an extension of 1,800 m² offers flexible facilities with specialized services to cater to congresses, conventions, and conferences for up to 1,600 people in auditorium setup.

The Congress area features several rooms:

• The Coronado Rooms are three spaces with an area of 39 m2 each, ideal for work meetings and offering a spectacular ocean view.
• The Tijuana Rooms consist of three spaces that can be subdivided into three each, providing a total of nine rooms for simultaneous use.
• The Tecate Rooms have an area of 360 m2 and can be divided into three rooms, making them ideal for conferences, workshops, seminars, dinners, and other events.
• The Tecate Terrace has an area of 130 m2.
• The Puerto Nuevo Room covers an area of 187 m2 and offers a magnificent view of the Rosarito Garden.

The Business Center is designed for event organizers, featuring an exclusive reception area, offices overlooking the exhibition area, and a boardroom. It can accommodate up to 40 people.
