The total area is 2 hectares, with more than 32,000 m² of construction. The total capacity is 9,000 people simultaneously.

The exhibition area is 8,920 m². The exhibition hall is 6,570 m², and the outdoor exhibition area is 2,350 m². Up to 500 3x3 meter stands can be installed, with a capacity for 6,000 people.

The area for congresses and events is 4,604 m². For conferences, the area is 1,380 m², and for banquets, it is 2,626 m² with a capacity of up to 3,000 people.

Querétaro Metropolitan Theater, within the complex, offers fully equipped showrooms for cultural or social events or presentations. The Main Hall is ideal for concerts, opera, festivals, dance, corporate events, musical reviews, theater plays, and film premieres; it has a total capacity of 1,344 seats. The Experimental Theater is the perfect venue for presentations seeking a more intimate atmosphere and has a total capacity of 305 seats. The Dance Hall is designed for theater and dance groups, with an area of 178 m² and a capacity for 110 people in an auditorium-style setup.

It has a business center with fully equipped facilities for meetings and work sessions. There are six meeting rooms.

The terraces and lobbies offer a beautiful panoramic view of the city.

Within the Congress Center, you will find:

• The Grand Querétaro Hall, with an area of 6,408 m² without subdivisions, which can be divided into up to 4 rooms. It can accommodate up to 300 stands by combining the 4 rooms with the main lobby.
• The Constitución Hall, with a capacity of up to 80 people in an auditorium-style setup and 40 in a classroom-style setup.
• La Casa de los Corregidores has an area of 2,592 m², is fully carpeted, and can hold up to 2,800 people simultaneously. It can be subdivided into two plenary halls with a spectacular view of the city.
• The Acueducto Hall has an area of 1,380 m² and can be subdivided into up to 8 independent plenary rooms with movable partitions. It is fully carpeted. The lobby can be adapted for registration service, coffee breaks, or a support exhibition for the event.
