Description
This is a modern convention center designed by the renowned architect Fernando Romero and has been recognized as a world-class venue.
It encompasses 1,500 m² of green walls, both interior and exterior, 240,000 plants for the green walls, 1,900 solar panels for electricity generation, and a parking lot.

Available Spaces
The total area for conventions is 6,400 m² and it has an attractive terrace of over 100 m² with a sea view where all kinds of events can be organized.
The Grand Salon Los Cabos has an area of 6,204 m³ and an auditorium capacity of 6,950, while for banquets it is 5,310 and for classroom setup, it is 440. Cabo Norte can be divided into three spaces and has an area of 3,220 m³ with an auditorium capacity of 3,590, for banquets it is 2,730, and for classroom setup, it is 2,264.
Cabo del Sur can be divided into six spaces with different capacities and has an area of 1,717 m³ with an auditorium capacity of up to 1,932, for banquets it is 1,470, and for classroom setup, it is 1,208.
Cabo del Este can be divided into three rooms, also with different capacities, and has an area of 668 m³ with an auditorium capacity of 780, for banquets it is 540, and for classroom setup, it is 456.
