It has 4,800 m² of exhibition area and 9 halls with a capacity of up to 1,600 people.

The Michoacán Hall is renowned for its elegant decoration. It has 1,045 m², making it a majestic octagonal hall that can be divided into 7 independent sections, accommodating simultaneous worktables for up to 100 people.

There are 4 more halls: Magnolia, Gardenia, Gladiola, and Orchid, with capacities ranging from 80 to 200 people in auditorium setup. These halls are distributed around a spacious and pleasant plaza, which can also host exhibitions and/or social events.

Plaza Cantera can be used to set up 55 stands or provide banquet services for social events for up to 400 people. Around Plaza Cantera are the Magnolia, Gardenia, Gladiola, Orchid, and Sunflower halls, each with capacities ranging from 80 to 200 people.

There is also the VIP Hall, which, like the Sunflower Hall, is suitable for organizing committee offices, small work meetings, or speaker rooms.

Plaza Magna can be adapted for the display of machinery, vehicles, industrial and construction equipment, or for the setup of up to 150 stands or banquet services for up to 800 people.

Expocentro is the most recently created area. It features a large lobby of 658 m², ideal for artistic exhibitions and registration areas. On the second level, there is a conference room of 360 m² that can be divided into 4 rooms, each with a capacity of up to 90 people in auditorium setup.

Expocentro has an area of 4,522 m², with the capacity for 220 stands and the flexibility to be used according to the client's needs. The free height is 5.60 meters, with a floor load capacity of 2 tons/m².

Within the complex is Teatro Morelos, the largest theater in the state, with 1,338 seats; it is the ideal venue for the opening and closing ceremonies of artistic, cultural, and academic events.

Also located here is the "Lic. Felipe Rivera" Planetarium, where the night sky can be reproduced with all visible stars and objects, showing their apparent movements on any present, past, or future date—an exceptional spectacle. It features the only Karl Zeiss MARK IV projector operating in the country, whose spectacular sky allows the observation of over 8,000 stars. Shows are presented from Tuesday to Friday at 10:30, 11:30, and 13:00 hours; Fridays at 17:00 hours, and Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30, 11:30, and 13:00 hours.
