Description
Mazatlán International Center is conceived as an innovative, modern, functional project with cutting-edge technology. It spans 10 hectares with all the facilities to host indoor events for up to 3,876 people in the largest of its 17 rooms, and its spacious outdoor areas are set up to host large-scale open-air events.
It also offers a magnificent exhibition hall measuring 1,590 m². The exhibition hall is adjacent to an open-air terrace with an area of 1,584 m², allowing participants to enjoy the environment of the beautiful port of Mazatlán.
This innovative, modern, and functional venue with state-of-the-art technology features a large terrace, green areas, and gardens for events.

The construction is distinguished by its emphasis on art. The north wall of the building features an eclectic mural combining painting and sculpture with materials such as ceramics, stone, and wrought iron. It is composed of 105 removable concrete panels covering an area of 1,678.43 m², making it one of the largest murals in the world. Additionally, the gardens are adorned with pleasant sculptures, giving this Convention Center a unique character.
The double-height lobby that serves as the entrance to the building is also adorned with a curved mural titled "Sinaloa 20th Century: The Fusion of Two Cultures."

It has a total event area of 28,238 m² with a capacity for 4,500 people, an exhibition area of 4,374 m², and a convention area of 5,754 m² divided into 17 rooms for up to 4,500 people, 3 meeting rooms, and a maximum capacity for 500 cars and 23 buses.
In total, the Mazatlán International Center has an exhibition area of 3,174 m², which allows for the placement of 282 stands of 2 x 3 m or 226 stands of 3 x 3 m if the exhibition requires.
The upper floor is ideal for large events as it can be used as a Grand Ballroom of 3,539 m² or divided into up to 6 rooms.
