Its construction promoted the use of ecological technologies such as natural lighting and ventilation, and water treatment and heating systems using natural means.
This venue has two levels, ideal for exhibitions and conferences, academic events, national and international meetings, concerts and shows, as well as banquets.

The Zacatecas Convention Palace has a large hall of 4,850 m² that can be divided into 5 and 13 rooms for simultaneous events.
It has a lobby of 1,350 m² that can be used for cocktails, coffee service, registration, rest areas, etc. The lobby can also be divided into 28 meeting rooms.
The main hall can be divided into 5 rooms of 970 m² each. Each room is carpeted, air-conditioned, and equipped with 110V and 220V electrical services, as well as compressed air and water.
This same hall can also be divided into 12 rooms of 350 m².
