A BEAUTIFUL CENTRAL PLAZA AND GASTRONOMIC TRADITION
A beautiful colonial town nestled in the southern part of the mountainous region of Veracruz. It is a commercial city known for its culinary culture.
It has a beautiful Historic Center where you can walk among buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries, including the Ex Casino Español, Pedro Díaz Theater, Santa Rosa Chapel, and the House of the Counts of Ceballos, where the "Treaties of Córdoba" were signed, establishing Mexico's independence.
In recent years, the city center has been embellished with murals created by local artists. That's why this area is considered an open-air museum.
Córdoba has an exclusive restaurant area called "Zona Gourmet" that offers different types of cuisine, such as Italian, Argentine, French, Brazilian, and, of course, typical Veracruz dishes.
The center of Córdoba is characterized by its festive atmosphere and imposing portals, where you can still breathe a Porfirian air with its Art Nouveau details.
You can enjoy the beautiful parks in the city, such as the ecological park "El Paso Coyol" and the Alameda Rafael Murillo Vidal.
