The first nine holes of the course were designed by Robert Von Hagge and from Hole 10 to 18, the course was designed by Percy Clifford.
It is considered a semi-flat course characterized by undulating greens. It features very deep traps that challenge the players' shots. The Hole 6 has a magnificent panoramic view of the ocean.
The course has 5 strategically placed lakes to offer various challenges to the players.
From Hole 10 to 18 is also a semi-flat course known for its "dogleg" holes. It is considered one of the most challenging courses in Mexico.
Adorned with a large number of trees in its roughs, it has two lakes that complicate the players' shots.
