MAGIC PLACE IN SIERRA TARAHUMARA WITH SPECTACULAR LANDSCAPES

It is a system composed of seven canyons located in the Sierra Tarahumara.

The canyon system is four times larger in area (60,000 sq km) and almost twice as deep as the Grand Canyon in Arizona.

The best way to explore this area is by taking the train known as El Chepe, which travels the Divisadero-Los Mochis route, one of the most rugged terrains in Mexico. During this journey, you will travel along mountain edges, cross ravines, pass through 86 tunnels of varying lengths, and cross 37 spectacular bridges that span large rivers and canyons.

The climate in this area changes dramatically, with alpine climates in the higher parts, which are quite cool during winter, while the bottom of the canyons experiences a subtropical climate.

The Copper Canyons encompass two Magic Towns and several natural beauties.
