WITH A LONG HISTORY IN LIVESTOCK

Founded in 1671 by Pedro Cano de los Ríos as a cattle breeding site.

Later, in 1717, two missions were established to evangelize the indigenous people, one Franciscan and the other Jesuit.

It is a weekend destination for residents of the city of Chihuahua, offering a peaceful atmosphere that can be enjoyed by strolling through its streets with old mansions characterized by a central patio and interior orchards.

Another good reason to visit Aldama is its rich cuisine, which can be savored in any of its varied restaurants.
