The construction features a hemispherical dome with a diameter of 20 meters.

This impressive dome serves as a screen for 164 projectors that reproduce the night sky, including its stars and galaxies, with their apparent movements on any given date, whether in the past, present, or future.

Its aluminum plates construction allows for a clear image without light reflection.

Additionally, this planetarium houses the only MARK IV projector in the country, which allows observing more than 8,000 celestial bodies.

The planetarium offers screenings of documentaries, movies, and conferences.
