It comprises the area surrounding the famous Flamingos Golf Course, an 18-hole course surrounded by hills, jungle and mangroves.

It has hotels, resorts and condominiums.

Its beach has fine golden sand and extends for almost three kilometers, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with the family.  

In the area there are three lagoons, shelter of many birds species: La Vejiga, El Quelele and La Cortada.

Right in the heart of the Estero El Quelele mangrove swamp is the El Cora Crocodile Sanctuary. Guided tours are offered here every 20 minutes and last approximately an hour and a half.

In this experience you can learn more about these extraordinary animals, since the guides are specialized biologists. You can interact with the crocodiles.

Also, if you are lucky you will be able to see the occasional crocodile in its natural habitat in the lagoon near the crocodile farm.

In addition to crocodiles in the sanctuary there are also parrots, macaws, badgers and eagles. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
