It is a part of what was once the San Francisco Convent.

It was created with the aim of being a space dedicated to different artistic and cultural expressions.

The area is delimited by a wrought-iron fence supported by quarry stone pillars, on top of which rests a sphere.

The entrance features a semi-circular arched gateway with Tuscan columns supporting a simple entablature. In the center of the garden, there is a bronze fountain depicting a reclining and naked woman, a work by sculptor Juan Velasco Perdomo.

This is where painters, sculptors, and writers mainly gather. Additionally, theater plays, music concerts, children's theater, dance events, and many other cultural activities take place here.
