Museo de la Muerte (Museum of Death)

It is unique in its kind in our country and was installed in June 1997 in the Old Cemetery of Santa Veracruz.

This beautiful 18th-century building served as a cemetery until the mid-19th century.

Puente de la Historia (Bridge of History)

Due to its geographical location, San Juan del Río was a mandatory stop for muleteers and carts heading to the north and west of New Spain.

San Juan del Río served as a compulsory stop as it was the customs office where tariffs were collected on all kinds of merchandise.

Templo de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe (Church)

The temple was completed in 1729 and was exclusively dedicated to the use of the Spanish population.

Its facade consists of two levels of quarry stone, and its internal structure is in the shape of a Latin cross, decorated with medallions and stained glass windows. The main altar was reconstructed in 1820.

Templo y Ex Convento de Santo Domingo

Its construction began in the 17th century and was completed in the early 18th century.
