This attractive building was inaugurated in 1979.

It presents a neoclassical style with a pink quarry stone facade, featuring six Ionic columns that support the pediment, where the frieze dedicated to Ceres, the Latin goddess of agriculture, is placed, surrounded by angels, apples, and grapes.

The theater has five entrance doors leading to the lobby, where a carved quarry stone fountain depicting the Greek muses, painted by the local artist Pablo Valero Herrera, can be appreciated.

Various cultural expressions are presented in the venue, which has a seating capacity of 1,100.
