It is an interactive and dynamic space that includes cultural, sports, and recreational aspects.

It covers 30 hectares located on the scenic avenue or Malecón of Mazatlán and is planned to be the largest in Latin America.

The space includes lakes, bird observation sites, a running track, a bike path, a museum, and an impressive aquarium.

The modern museum explores the history of Mazatlán, as well as its traditions and customs.

The aquarium has a spherical shape similar to a planetarium observatory with a dome. It has three levels where you can find classrooms to learn more about the conservation of marine flora, IMAX screens, and a wonderful exhibition of various marine species, including sharks.

It also includes the Jacques Cousteau Room, an area dedicated to scientific research.
