A monumental neoclassical building constructed from 1842 to 1885.
It features a simple facade with a circular clock and a sculpture of Archangel Saint Michael, the patron saint of the city.
This construction is characterized by its two slender towers and replaced the old parish church of Villa de Culiacán.
Inside, the neoclassical decorations with touches of baroque and the main altarpiece, which was replaced in 1956, stand out.
