It is located on the grounds of the former Zacatecas Bus Station.

It was created as part of the celebration of the Bicentennial of Independence and the Centennial of the Mexican Revolution. Its design sought to evoke the Zacatecas of a century ago, with prominent elements represented in the form of sculptures.

These elements commemorate the mining haciendas from the late 19th century in Zacatecas. The crystal pieces with a curtain of water, located on the outer sides of the parking area, symbolize mining in Zacatecas.

The parking area has 600 spaces, and the project aims to gradually pedestrianize the historic center with this work.
