These are two of the largest and most important sports parks in Mexico.

With over 400 hectares each, they offer facilities for various outdoor sports.

Tangamanga I park has soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, and volleyball fields; tracks for BMX, quad bikes, motocross, and skating; two gyms; a model airplane runway; an archery range with 19 targets, and a tennis center.

There are also playgrounds, themed mini-parks, a water park with pools and slides, palapas with grills, two lakes, nurseries, auditoriums, theaters, an observatory, and a small zoo.

Tangamanga II park has almost all the facilities of Tangamanga I. Additionally, it has a racetrack where races of various categories and national formulas are held on several dates throughout the year.

Tangamanga also features the Ecomuseum, an Animal Management Unit, the Teatro de la Ciudad (City Theater), and a Convention Center.
