A 1,340-meter strip flanked by huge rock cubes.
This waterfront is located at the southern end of Miramar Beach. It is the ideal place to observe the exact point where the Pánuco River and the Gulf of Mexico merge their waters into a single shade of blue and green, as well as the transit of all the ships that arrive at the port.
On the malecón, you can admire the Monument to Fallen Sailors as a tribute to those who died on Mexican ships during World War II.
At the end of the malecón, there is an old lighthouse. Here, you can feed one of the many raccoons in the area. There are also a series of vendors offering coconut tortillas known as "duquesas."
At night, many attractive restaurants and bars are open near the pier.
