Capilla de la Paz (Chapel of Peace)

The Ecumenical Chapel of Peace is located in Las Brisas at an elevation of 402 meters above sea level on the highest part of El Guitarrón Hill, surrounded by dense vegetation with a beautiful panoramic view.

The cross, which has become one of Acapulco's icons, measures 42 meters and is visible from any point in Acapulco Bay.

It is a favorite venue for celebrating a romantic wedding in Acapulco.

Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad

The Cathedral is located in the Zocalo, it was built in 1930 combining Moorish and Byzantine styles. The interior features a decoration with blue and golden tiles.

It is the most important Catholic temple in the port.

Jardín Botánico de Acapulco (Botanical Garden)

The Acapulco Botanical Garden "Esther Pliego de Salinas" is located at an altitude of 200 to 400 meters above sea level and covers 6 hectares of deciduous subtropical jungle.

It features trails where you can observe streams and native plants of the region. The bromeliad area is particularly noteworthy, allowing you to enjoy these beautiful plants in various colors.

La Quebrada

The divers descend at a speed of approximately 90 km per hour during their dive.

A unique spectacle with daring cliff divers who plunge from cliffs at heights of up to 35 meters (136 feet) into a narrow entrance only 7 meters (22 feet) wide and 4 meters (13 feet) deep.

This show dates back to 1934, and this cliff has been the venue for the World High Diving Championship on several occasions.

Casa Dolores Olmedo, Mural de Diego Rivera (Diego Rivera's Mural)

This house belonged to Mrs. Dolores Olmedo, a great promoter of arts and culture in Mexico. Between 1956 and 1957, when Diego Rivera, a long-time friend of Mrs. Olmedo, came to live in her summer house in Acapulco due to his illness (cancer), he created his last works there. These include several sunsets, a mural on the ceiling depicting a seascape with Dolores Olmedo as a mermaid surrounded by four stars, as well as a toad-frog figure symbolizing Diego Rivera, offering his beloved a heart and a palette.
