The long stretch of gray sand, extending for three kilometers (two miles).
On one side, you'll find the Pozo Estuary.
It is one of the most popular destinations for lovers of big waves, but it's not the best option for swimming due to rip currents. It is lined with casual bar-restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood.
During the summer months, there's a turtle camp where you can experience turtle releases.

This beach is closest to the town, just a mile from downtown.
