It is located a few kilometers on the way to Cuautla.

This hacienda has been a film set for various movies that depict the life of General Emiliano Zapata.

It was here that the hacienda owners took the land from the peasants, and where Emiliano Zapata worked as a young man. Due to its grandeur, it was known as the "cathedral of sugar," although only vestiges remain of many of the original buildings, the Casa Grande still retains its great beauty.

There are some legends about this place, such as the "Son of the Devil," where locals say the son of a landowner who raped a worker can appear to you, known as "El Choco."
