Gulf of Mexico Beaches
This is the beach where the filming of the movie "Titanic" took place.
That is why Baja Studios Films was founded here. In addition to Titanic, some other pictures have been filmed here like Pearl Harbor, Captain Earth and Sea, X-Men and Agent 007.
On this beach there is a great variety of gastronomic offer. You can enjoy many dishes based on seafood and fresh fish, although the culinary specialty here is the "Martian crab", a unique product of this place. It is a fried crab with “devil” sauce. Although you can also taste ceviches or the typical zarandeado fish.
To the north of Popotla there is a store with a wide variety of handicrafts and colorful furniture.
In Playa Popotla there are several trailer camps.
It is located 10 minutes south of Rosarito.
