Hacienda de Santa Elena changed its name to honor an important figure of the Reform War, General Zuazua.

The highlight is the gazebo in the square, the Santa Elena Parish, dating back to 1870, the Hacienda de San Pedro, and its museum where photographs and tools are exhibited, showcasing the region's history over the past three centuries.

In Zuazua, you can enjoy some of its delights such as "hojarascas" (flake pastries), "el cuajo" (a local dish), and "los empalmes" (a sweet treat).
