There are hot springs at the bottom of the Tararecua Canyon with an average temperature of 35°C, but as it combines with the waters of the river, pits of pleasant temperature are formed. The thermal waters are not sulphurous and gush from the rock to fall into pits that have been transformed to offer more comfort and safety to visitors.

To get to the spring, the ravine is descended along a steep and winding road, either by ATV or on horseback, which is framed by a thick forest of poplars, oaks and pines.

In this beautiful place there are camping áreas with barbecues. There are bicycle and horse rentals to explore the surrounding paths. Boat rides on the nearby mighty stream are also offered.

Another of the attractions of the area is the Cueva del Chino, which is accessed by a path with steps. The cave has a legend that tells that it was inhabited by a lonely and mysterious Chinese man and according to the locals his spirit is still present. At the entrance of the cave, in the stalls, you can buy nice souveniers from the Rarámuris.

In winter this place offers magical landscapes, since you can enjoy the hot springs surrounded by snow-covered hills.
