JEREZ DE GARCÍA SALINAS
Sierra de Cardos
The huge cylindrical, rectangular columns and the flat walls are ideal for rappeling. All of them with different degrees of difficulty for mountaineering or "abseiling". Located just over an hour from Jeréz de García.
NOCHISTLÁN
Cañón de Juchipila (Canyon)
It is a narrow and deep canyon formed by the walls of the Sierra de Morones and the Sierra de Nochistlán, its altitude varies between 1,200 and 1,300 meters. Several of its breakaway walls are excellent for rappelling. Located an hour and a half from Nochistlán.
PINOS
Quebrada de Piaxtla
A less explored place, but with a great beauty, is the Quebrada de Piaxtla, it is a spectacular gorge near Miravalles, half an hour from the Magical Town of Pinos. From a large plateau covered by coniferous forest a deep and vertical crack emerges that ends in the river of the same name.
