CUERNAVACA
Zempoala Lagoons National Park
It is an area of mountains and valleys with 7 lakes of green and blue colors. It offers horseback riding to enjoy both the wooded area and the lagoons. It is located 40 minutes from Cuernavaca.
Parque Los Columpios de Axoxoco
Located at km 54.3 of the Free Highway to Cuernavaca, 35 minutes from Cuernavaca. It is a very good option for a horseback ride in the middle of the forest.
Jagüey El Caracol Recreational Park
It was created to encourage outdoor recreational activities. It has areas for camping and offers horseback riding. It is also ideal for hiking but its main attraction is taking a ride in a trajinera in the beautiful body of water. It is located in San José El Caracol in the municipality of Yautepec, half an hour from Cuernavaca.
Palapas Coatetelco
This region is known for its rich gastronomy and you can have a good time riding a horse, or taking a boat ride. Located near the Coatetelco lagoon in the municipality of Miacatlán, 40 minutes from Cuernavaca.
Cuentepec Extremo
This extreme adventure park offers unforgettable experiences in the midst of a beautiful natural environment. It has camping areas, zip lines, horseback riding and trails to explore the flora and fauna of the region. Located in Cuentepec in the municipality of Temixco, just three kilometers from the famous archaeological site of Xochicalco and 45 minutes from Cuernavaca.

Centro Ecoturístico Quetzalcóatl Temachtiani (Ecotourism Center)
It is located in Amatlán within the municipality of Tepoztlán in the middle of a Flora and Fauna Protection Area, Chichinautzin Biological Corridor and the Tepozteco National Park.
This center offers lodging facilities, swimming pool and camping area. Here you can go horseback riding but it is also ideal for hiking and photographic safaris.

Parque Ecoturístico Los Venados (Ecotourism Park)
It has an Interpretive Museum where you will find various products made by the community such as paints, essential oils and much more. It is an ideal place for horseback riding, biking and experience the thrill of the zip line. You can also enjoy regional food and interact with white-tailed deer. It is located in Nepopualco in the municipality of Totolapan in the mountains with wooded vegetation, 15 minutes from Tlayacapan.
