Located at Carmen Beach, this 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course is carved out of the lush Mayan jungle, offers a practice tee and putting green. The course is well bunkered, with many tight holes, some cenotes, numerous lakes meanders between hills and flat terrain, all together offer a good mix of challenges to golfers. It is not uncommon to find some iguanas and other exponents of the local fauna.

The course has narrow fairways and small greens. The hole 7 is considered the most challenging par-5 in the Mexican Caribbean.
