The course is designed by Robert von Hagge.
It is located on a plateau in the former haciendas of San Antonio and La Purisima, within the municipalities of Querétaro and Marqués with an area of 97 hectares.
The first turn has a panoramic view of the lake and the second turns around a road with tall ahuehuetes. The top most difficult holes are 2, 10, 14 and 15.
