Located in the municipality of Aquismón, Tamul Waterfall is considered the jewel of waterfalls in the Huasteca Potosina region. It is formed by the confluence of the Gallinas and Santa María rivers, which give rise to the Tampaón River. This meeting point creates a magnificent white curtain that is 105 meters high and 300 meters wide.

However, accessing the waterfall is challenging. Along the way, you can visit Campamento Tamul, where you can enjoy fresh fish.

If you're interested in kayaking, this is a great option, as the Gallinas River offers Class III and some Class IV rapids.

Tamul Waterfall is ideal for rappelling, providing an unforgettable experience where you can feel the breeze and enjoy countless rainbows.

Nearby, you'll find Cueva del Agua (Water Cave), where you can swim in its calm waters that flow into the river and admire the exotic landscape of stalactites and stalagmites.

To reach the waterfall during the rainy season, the best way is through off-road terrain. The best time to visit this extraordinary place is from October to May.
