BEST DIVING SPOTS IN PUERTO ESCONDIDO :

The large rocks in front of Playa Carizalillo are a good option, as are the beaches of Manzanillo, Puerto Angelito and Playa Principal. In these last two beaches you there are scuba diving equipment for rent. Also Carrizalillo is an excellent place to explore marine fauna.

Punta Colorada and Roca Blanca are also some of the most recommended places to dive in the area.

Another option for diving is Lagunas de Chacahuan National Park, a sanctuary for turtles.

On your dives you can see a wide variety of multicolored fish such as angel fish, butterfly fish and parrot fish, among many others.

SEASONS TO DIVE IN PUERTO ESCONDIDO :

During the months of November to April, the waters are calm and visibility increases, making it the best season for diving in Puerto Escondido.
