Puerto Angel is a better option than Puerto Escondido for diving, and compared to Huatulco, the waters tend to be warmer although there are not as many coral reefs.

Among the best places we can mention: the reefs in front of Playa Estacahuite, Mazunte, Panteón, La Boquilla and Puerto Angel with its rocky floor full of marine fauna.
